Measure your thigh circumference at 4 inches above the middle of your kneecap. Using this measurement, choose the appropriate size according to the sizing chart.

To clean our knee brace, it is best to handwash and air dry it to ensure they last longer with its elasticity being persevered. The knee brace can also be machine-washed and spin-dried for a more convenient cleaning and maintenance experience.
